Reactive Breakdowns
Everything we do with these calls is to limit your downtime. We endeavor to get to all breakdowns in the shortest time whenever possible on the same day. We carry on our vans a stock of all high consumption parts which enables us to meet the needs of our clients. We work with a number of suppliers and can email quotations literally at the end of a service call.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
When it comes to PPM we aim to limit your equipment downtime. PPM are by far the best way to do this. It improves the efficiency, therefore reducing running costs. As well as providing you with PPM for your kitchen, we will issue you with a gas certificate, so win, win ,win.

Rational
We are factory trained Rational engineers, therefore we have access to technical support direct from Rational, this provides access to all current literature which is strictly limited to persons who have attended Rational factory training.
